These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to BibleOnThis.com, Bible On This content and publications, related downloads and communications, and services made available by The Way Partners LLC (“The Way Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Way Partners LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company operating in Memphis, Tennessee, and Sheridan, Wyoming.
By using the website, requesting a download, making a purchase, or beginning a Corporate Membership process, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
1. Website and publications
Bible On This connects Scripture with practical reflection for founders, entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and builders. The site may provide excerpts, books, ebooks, email materials, educational content, and links to related The Way Partners projects, including The Way Version. Content is provided for general informational, educational, and reflective purposes.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase or accept paid terms. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, harvest information, impersonate another person or organization, infringe rights, or use content unlawfully or in a way that falsely suggests endorsement by The Way Partners.
3. Accounts, forms, and communications
When you submit a form, request a free download, join an email list, or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Transactional, membership, legal, and service communications may still be sent when needed to administer a request or relationship.
4. Purchases and third-party payment processing
Prices and product descriptions shown at the time of purchase form part of the transaction. Payments may be processed by third parties such as Square. Those processors collect and handle payment-card information under their own terms and privacy policies. The websites do not ordinarily receive or store full payment-card numbers.
You authorize the applicable processor to charge the amount presented at checkout. Taxes, shipping, and other charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before or in the applicable order, invoice, or written activation documents.
5. Corporate Membership
The Corporate Partnership Program is a commercial sponsorship and membership relationship, not a charitable donation. The online Corporate Membership Initiation Fee begins evaluation and onboarding; it does not guarantee acceptance, activate membership, charge the $40,000 annual membership, or automatically establish monthly billing.
Corporate Membership is subject to mutual alignment, approval by The Way Partners, a separate ongoing payment arrangement, and the Corporate Membership Agreement. If these Terms conflict with that agreement on a Corporate Membership matter, the Corporate Membership Agreement and any signed activation order control.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds for Corporate Membership initiation and active membership are governed by the Corporate Membership Agreement. In general, if The Way Partners determines during alignment that a prospective partnership will not proceed, the applicable initiation fee will be refunded. A prospective member may also request to discontinue during the initial 30-day evaluation period, subject to that agreement.
Refunds for other products, digital goods, physical products, or services are governed by the terms displayed with the applicable offer and by law. Digital content that has been delivered or accessed and physical products already shipped may be subject to different treatment where legally permitted.
7. Intellectual property and permissions
The website design, original text, commentary, curation, graphics, logos, publications, and other materials are owned by or licensed to The Way Partners and protected by intellectual-property laws. Scripture or third-party quotations remain subject to the rights and notices applicable to those materials. No rights are transferred except the limited personal use necessary to access the site or a purchased or freely supplied copy.
You may not reproduce, sell, publish, adapt, distribute, scrape, build a competing database from, or create derivative commercial products using protected materials without permission. See Copyright & Permissions for additional guidance.
8. Editorial and research independence
Sponsors, Corporate Partners, purchasers, and other supporters do not receive editorial control, ownership, or approval rights over translation, research, theology, writing, editing, design, or publication decisions unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise for a discrete commissioned work.
9. Third-party sites and services
The site may link to Square, email providers, ecommerce platforms, social networks, retailers, or other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
10. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Way Partners disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, a particular theological conclusion, business result, financial return, tax treatment, or that any publication is a substitute for professional advice.
Historical, linguistic, theological, business, legal, tax, accounting, and other topics require judgment. Readers and organizations should consult qualified advisers for decisions requiring professional guidance.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Way Partners and its members, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the site or services. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to that claim during the twelve months before the event, except where law does not allow that limitation.
12. Availability, suspension, and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site or an offer. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Material changes to an active paid relationship will be handled as required by the applicable agreement and law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law must apply. Subject to applicable law, disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming. These Terms do not add mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
14. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and any applicable order or agreement, are the entire agreement concerning their subject matter.
