Information we collect
When you request a free download, join an email list, contact us, make a purchase, or begin a Corporate Partnership, we may collect information such as your name, email address, message content, organization name, role, business contact details, corporate website, subsidiaries or brands, participation goals, recognition preferences, and correspondence.
Corporate Partner applicants may also provide scheduling information, membership quantities, sponsorship goals, payment and invoice records, approved logos, links, and instructions about whether recognition should be public, private, or anonymous.
We may automatically receive device, browser, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, cookie identifiers, and analytics or advertising information.
Payments and Square
Corporate Membership initiation payments are processed by Square. Other purchases may also be handled by Square or another third-party platform. The processor collects payment-card and transaction information under its own privacy policy. The websites do not ordinarily receive or store full payment-card numbers, but we may receive transaction confirmations, amount, date, billing contact information, refund status, and identifiers needed for accounting and membership administration.

Public recognition
We publish an organization's name, logo, link, or sponsorship designation only as authorized for recognition. Corporate Partners may request private or anonymous participation. Once authorized information has appeared in a printed publication or distributed file, removal from copies already produced or distributed may not be possible.
Email, analytics, cookies, and service providers
We may use email-list, form, scheduling, analytics, advertising, hosting, ecommerce, publishing, accounting, and professional-service providers. Cookies, pixels, and similar tools may help deliver site functions, understand traffic, measure conversions, test communications, and improve the site.
